•  External Development Charges (EDC), License Fee Charges will be extra and will be paid by the purchaser/Applicant to the company as demanded..
•  Internal Development Charges (IDC) will be extra and will be paid by the purchaser/Applicant to the company as demanded by the company.
• Any other Govt charges applicable, if any, are extra and will be paid by the applicant as  demanded  by the   Government.
• The PLC (Preference location charges) will be charged at the rate of 5% for each location. The corner, park facing and 60 feet wide road or main road will be considered as each PLC separately.
